- Choose your rental period (3, 5, or 7 days)
- Add the dress to your cart and proceed to checkout
- We deliver the dress 2 days before your event via reliable courier
- Wear the dress and look stunning at your event
- Return the dress in the prepaid return bag within 2 days after your event
- We handle the dry cleaning - you just enjoy the experience!

What is your delivery process?
We deliver dresses 2 days before your event date to ensure you have enough time for fittings. Delivery is free across India via trusted courier partners. You'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped. For last-minute orders, we offer express delivery options (additional charges may apply).
How do I return the dress?
Returning your dress is easy:
- Place the dress back in the original packaging
- Use the prepaid return bag included with your delivery
- Schedule a pickup or drop at your nearest courier center
- The dress should be returned within 2 days after your event
We handle all the dry cleaning and maintenance, so you don't need to worry about cleaning the dress before returning.
What if the dress doesn't fit me?
We provide detailed size charts for each dress to help you choose the right size. If the dress doesn't fit perfectly when you receive it:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress
- We'll arrange for an exchange if we have another size available
- If no other size is available, we offer a full refund
- We recommend ordering 1-2 days before your actual need to allow time for exchanges
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is customer-friendly:
- Cancel up to 7 days before delivery for a full refund
- Cancel 3-6 days before delivery for a 50% refund
- Cancel less than 3 days before delivery - no refund, but you get credit for future rentals
- Once the dress has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return it unopened for store credit
How do I clean the dress if I accidentally stain it?
Minor stains happen! Here's what to do:
- Blot (don't rub) the stain immediately with a clean cloth
- For water-based stains, use a damp cloth with cold water
