• Have a valid shipping address in our service area

1.3 Rental Period

The standard rental period is 5 days, which includes:

• 2 days for delivery before your event
• 1 day for your event
• 2 days for return after your event

Extended rental periods are available for additional fees.

2. Payments and Fees

2.1 Rental Fees

All rental fees are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The rental fee includes:

• Dress rental for the specified period
• Free delivery and return shipping
• Professional dry cleaning
• Minor repairs and maintenance

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.3 Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Late Returns: ₹200 per day for dresses returned after the due date
• Damage Fees: Charges for damages beyond normal wear and tear
• Loss Fees: Full retail price of the dress if lost or not returned
• Express Delivery: Additional charges for expedited shipping

3. Delivery and Returns

3.1 Delivery

We deliver dresses 2 days before your event date. You must be available to receive the delivery. If you're not available, the dress will be left at your doorstep at your risk.

3.2 Returns

Dresses must be returned within 2 days after your event using the prepaid return bag provided. Late returns incur additional fees.

3.3 Fit Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour fit guarantee. If the dress doesn't fit when you receive it, contact us within 24 hours for an exchange or refund.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Return the dress in the condition received (excluding normal wear and tear)
• Immediately report any damages or issues
• Use the dress only for its intended purpose

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered by us. This includes minor snags, loose threads, or light staining that can be removed through professional cleaning.

6.2 Damage Fees

You will be charged for damages including but not limited to:

• Major stains that cannot be removed
• Tears, rips, or holes
• Missing accessories or embellishments
• Broken zippers or closures
• Strong odors that cannot be removed

6.3 Loss of Dress

If a dress is lost, stolen, or not returned, you will be charged the full retail price of the dress.

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, or state regulations
• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or malicious code

• For commercial purposes without our permission

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fiza Boutique. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.
